With the CO² Keg Tap you can use CO² as the propellant to draft your favorite beverage. The CO² is beverage quality 99.97% pure. Once the tap is attached to the keg, all that is required is installing a CO² cylinder, then you can begin pouring immediately. You set the pressure using the built in adjustment knob so you control the foamy head naturally, the way the brewery intended. It takes one cylinder to dispense a full 1/4 barrel and, therefore, two cylinders to dispense a full 1/2 barrel.
Makes a great tap for picnics and other special events that require a tap in remote locations.
